“Constantinople and the Bosphorus, showing the Fortifications of that Celebrated Channel” is a beautiful and vividly coloured map with a Compass Rose on the right and insert on the left showing a Plan of the Mosque of St.Sophia. The inset map at the bottom right is of the Princes Islands. As well as the fortifications along the Bosphorus the map also includes those on the Black Sea.
